The Toronto Blue Jays have been struggling with offense over the last couple weeks which is why the team is apparently looking at a few different options including moving Vladimir Guerrero Jr in the lineup.

The Blue Jays started the season on a hot streak but have since cooled off quite a bit with and lately they have been struggling especially with power hitting as even Bo Bichette still does not have a homerun on the season.

Many players in the Blue Jays lineup have been struggling to start the season, even Guerrero only two homeruns this year after signing a massive $500 million contract extension.
This is the second straight year that Guerrero's gotten off to a slow start in the power department. He has just two home run over the first 26 games of the season, though he could be turning things around after mashing a homer on Friday night. -Sankar

Since the Blue Jays are having so many problems, it looks like they are looking at the possibility of moving Guerrero back to third in the batting order as his number over his career are much better in the three hole.
When batting third in the lineup, Guerrero has a career .911 OPS while averaging a homerun every 4.3 games but when in the second spot, his career OPS sits at .768 with a homerun every 7.2 games.
Over the course of his career, Guerrero has an OPS of .911 when batting third, compared to a .768 batting second. Additionally he averages a home run every 7.2 games when batting second, and every one every 4.3 games when batting third. -Sankar

With all the issues the Blue Jays have had lately when it comes to offense, this might be exactly the small move they need to make to reignite their offense and get on a winning streak.
It will be interesting to see how all of this plays out.
