This is a massive blockbuster trade as
Devers lead the Red Sox in Homeruns with 15 and RBIs with 58 but was clearly not happy with the acquisition on Alex Bregman this off-season and wanted to be traded.
Devers leads the Red Sox in homers, RBIs, is 2nd in OPS this year.
He has the 12th best OPS in baseball since 2019 and is signed for a reasonable number until he's 37. THIS IS BANANAS
This would have been the perfect addition for the Blue Jays who were apparently interested in
Devers this off-season but unfortunately things did not work out as the Giants now have him.
