The Toronto Blue Jays bullpen has dealt with it's fair share of issues this season but one bright spot has been relief pitcher Yariel Rodriguez.

The Blue Jays cannot seem to catch a break when it comes to injuries in their bullpen which is why having certain pitchers step up their game has been crucial to their current winning streak.

The Blue Jays owe a lot to their current place in the standings to Yariel Rodriguez

After last night's win over the Detroit Tigers, the Blue Jays are currently the best team in the MLB and Rodriguez has been a big part of that due to how well he has been pitching.

There has been speculation of Rodriguez possibly returning to the starting rotation but seeing that he struggled in that role last season, they might be better off keeping him in the bullpen.
There has been speculation about who might replace all the one year guys in the rotation next season and Rodriguez has been a name thrown around. -Dionis

Toronto owes a lot to Rodriguez this season since all of their injuries, he has been one of the players that has stepped up in a major way.
