Toronto Blue Jays had another tough time with injuries as catcher Tyler Heineman was removed the game with a head contusion against the Kansas City Royals.
The Blue Jays have been dealing with a lot of injury problems lately Alejandro Kirk is still out with a concussion but is expected to return to the lineup tomorrow according to reports.

Toronto pulled off the win this afternoon against the Royals in a 4-2 victory after bouncing back from a rough loss last night but some bad news still came from the game.
During the game, Blue Jays catcher Tyler Heineman was removed from the game with a head contusion after taking a foul tip to the head not long after getting hit by a pitch as well.

The Blue Jays luckily had Ali Sanchez on the bench and ready as Kirk is still out with a concussion of his own which he will hopefully be back from tomorrow.

Now that Heineman was pulled from the game and will likely be out for at least a few days, it looks like Sanchez will be sticking around in Toronto for a little longer.
While it is way too early to tell how long Heineman will be out for, there is a good chance he sits on IL as first reports indicate that he bruised his head which means this could be serious.
Despite the signs, manager John Schneider stated that Heineman does not have any concussion symptoms.
