The Blue Jays are coming off a tough loss to the Texas Rangers yesterday as Jose Berrios struggled which has made many question if he should be replaced by Shane Bieber in the rotation.
Blue Jays announce pitching matchups for series against the Pirates
The series against the Pirates begins tonight in Pittsburgh as Gausman will be on the mound for Toronto as he will face all-star pitcher Paul Skenes who currently has a 2.13 ERA.
Tomorrow, the Blue Jays will have veteran Max Scherzer on the mound and he will face Mitch Keller followed by Chris Bassitt against Braxton Ashcraft on Wednesday for the final game of the series.
