The Toronto Blue Jays announced this afternoon that they have officially signed Dylan Cease to his $210 million meaning he has passed his physical.

The Blue Jays agreed to their largest free agent signing in team history last week with Cease on a $210 million contract with a 7 year term.

Cease and the Blue Jays officially signed the $210 million deal today as the contract was contingent on him passing his physical examination which is the case for all contracts in the MLB.

The defending American League champions get one of the best arms on the free agent market.
Clearly everything went well with the Physical as the Blue Jays just announced that Cease has been officially signed.

OFFICIAL: We've signed RHP Dylan Cease to a seven-year contract!
This is great news for the Blue Jays who now have their new ace and can continue to look for another pitcher to add to their rotation.
While there was no real worries when it came to Cease's physical as he has missed very little time due to injuries over his career, it is great news for the Blue Jays that they will beginning this new deal with absolutely no worries.
The Blue Jays are hoping to get Cease back to his form from 2022 when he was with the Chicago White Sox and finished the season with a 2.20 ERA in 184 innings pitched.
