Toronto Blue Jays Bo Bichette gives update on his injury and return date
Toronto Blue Jays shortstop Bo Bichette has been out for some time now and after last night's win he finally spoke on his reocvery.
Bichette has been out for much longer than expected and the team announced a few days ago that the plan for Bichette would be for him to hopefully be ready for the first game of the playoffs.

The Blue Jays clinched the first playoff spot in the American League yesterday with their win over the Kansas City Royals with an 8-5 victory.
During the celebrations, Bichette was asked about his injury in which he stated he is working very hard to get back as soon as possible and confirmed that will when he feels ready as no date is certain just yet.

Bichette also went into how great his teammates are and how great of a group they are stating that it is the best group of guys he has ever been around, stating that Ernie Clement and Myles Straw really brought everyone together.
Bo Bichette called this the closest team he's ever played on and says the #BlueJays have everything it takes to win a World Series.

Despite not playing, Bichette took part in the team festivities as he was seen getting drink poured all over him in the locker room.

Hopefully the Blue Jays will have him back for game 1 of the playoffs.
