Toronto Blue Jays Davis Schneider seems to be in serious trouble once again

Toronto Blue Jays outfielder Davis Schneider has had a very rough season so far in 2025 and he is once again is a tough situation as he continues to struggle.
The Blue Jays announced their lineup for their game this afternoon against the Arizona Diamondbacks and Schneider is once again not in the lineup which seems to be the case quite a bit these days.

Schneider has only been in the lineup once in the Blue Jays last 4 games as he has been struggling at the plate since being called back up from Triple-A with the Buffalo Bisons.

So far this season, Schneider has 1 homerun, 2 RBIs and a .154 batting average in 19 games with the Blue Jays which is why fans are not pleased with how he is playing and he will likely end up getting sent back down.

As of right now the Blue Jays are still low on outfielders due to multiple injuries but once Daulton Varsho and Anthony Santander are healthy, Schneider is the clear choice to be sent back down.
If he continues to play this poorly, there is a good chance that he ends up back in the minors even before then and they will give a chance to another young outfielder in Buffalo.
