Toronto Blue Jays fans are not pleased with pitcher Kevin Gausman
The Toronto Blue Jays had Kevin Gausman on the mound against the Miami Marlins and after a tough performance, Blue Jays fans took to social media to voice their frustrations.
Gausman has been the star pitcher for the Blue Jays for quite a few years now but as he hits the final years of his career, his efficiency has gone down quite a bit.
Blue Jays fan are not happy with Kevin Gausman
During the Blue Jays loss yesterday, Gausman was on the mound and had a pretty rough outing as he gave up 7 hits, 4 earned runs while striking out 7 batters in 6 innings pitched.
After the game, Blue Jays fans took to social media to speak on the poor performance stating that they need more out of their ace pitcher.
Luckily Kevin Gausman won't have to face the Miami Marlins in the playoffs
One fan stated that he could not justify starting Gausman in a playoff game if he was manager John Schneider after seeing that performance.

While another fan went even further stating that the Blue jays should simply demote Gausman which is obviously a move that would never end up happening.

Gausman has been taking a lot of heat this season despite his numbers are really not too bad as he currently has a 3.87 ERA on the season in 153.2 innings pitched with an 8-10 record and 149 strikeouts.
Even in his last 7 games he currently has a 3.07 ERA with a 2-3 record proving that he does not deserve the harsh criticism he is getting.
