Toronto Blue Jays make another incredible update regarding top prospect Trey Yesavage

The Toronto Blue Jays recently promoted top prospect pitcher Trey Yesavage once again, this time to Double-A with the New Hampshire Fisher Cats in which he just had his first outing.
Blue Jays prospect Trey Yesavage has incredible first game with the Fisher Cats
Yesavage made his first start for the Fisher Cats this week and picked up right where he left off from with the Vancouver Canadians in High-A.
In his first outing with New Hampshire, Yesavage pitched a total of four innings, allowing only one hit, one run along with four walks while also striking out four batter giving him a 2.25 ERA so far this season across all leagues.
He pitched four innings and allowed just one hit. He gave up one run, which was earned, along with four walks. He also struck out four. That pushed his ERA for the season to 2.25 this season. -Postins
Prior to his first start with the Fisher Cats,
Yesavage came into the game with a combined 4-0 record, 2.13 ERA and 88 strikeouts between Vancouver and Dunedin.
Entering his first start with New Hampshire, he made 11 combined starts at Dunedin and Vancouver. He was 4-0 with a 2.13 ERA, with 88 strikeouts and 19 walks in 50.2 innings. -Postins
If Yesavage continue to pitch at this level in Double-A it will not take very long for the Blue Jays to promote him to Triple-A and from there he only needs one more call to get to the big leagues.
The Blue Jays clearly hit the jackpot drafting Yesavage as in one year he has proved that he can one day be an incredible MLB pitcher.
