The Toronto Blue Jays had their first series loss yesterday as they lost to the Athletics but the big story comes from manager John Schneider's ejection.

Schneider was ejected from the game after he he did not agree with a call from umpire Brian Walsh who called Davis Schneider's homerun a foul ball which had Schneider livid.

Schneider spoke to the media after the game as he clearly was not happy with the call and stood by his comments that it should have been a homerun.
John Schneider was livid and got ejected after Davis Schneider's potential homer was ruled foul
During the post game questions, Schneider stated that from his point of view it looked like a clear homerun but that he understands that a umpires job is not easy to always get the right call.
John Schneider: "I've got all the respect in the world for umpires. It's just, from my vantage point it was clearly fair."
Right after Schneider was ejected, Davis Schneider ended up hitting a ball 439 feet over the fence which made up for the bad call.
After the game, Davis Schneider stated that it meant a lot to him to see his manager stand up for him like that.
Davis Schneider on John Schneider:

"That was awesome by Schneids. I really appreciate him coming out and having my back there. That's why he's a great manager."
Even fans were happy to see this kind of emotion out of their manager but it unfortunately did not fire up the team enough to get the win.
