Former MLB all-star and host of the Foul Territory podcast, A.J Pierzynski, stated that the Toronto Blue Jays should leave Bo Bichette off their World Series roster .
A.J Pierzynski states the Blue Jays should keep Bo Bichette off roster
During a recent episode of the Foul Territory podcast, Ken Rosenthal and Pierzynski debated if the Blue Jays should look at possibly keeping Bichette off of their roster for the World Series.
The two believe that adding Bichette back into the lineup could negatively affect the Blue Jays as it would force Springer back into the field and likely push Addison Barger or Nathan Lukes out of the lineup.
Where does Bo Bichette fit if he returns for the World Series?
@AJPierzynski12 and @Ken_Rosenthalquestion if he even has a spot in the lineup right now...
Pierzynski believes that the Blue Jays should continue to roll with the lineup that has gotten them to this point.
Bo Bichette says he'll be ready to go for the World Series, but finding a spot for him in the lineup is going to be tough.
"As much as I think Bo's an awesome player, right now, I think you just say, look, man, I'm sorry, we're rolling with what we got," says @AJPierzynski12 .
While leaving Bichette off the World Series lineup seems like a wild idea especially since he is apparently healthy but at the same time, if they need to move a lot of pieces to bring him back, it might end up hurting the team.
Bichette was one of the Blue Jays best players this season but both Barger and Lukes have been incredible in the playoffs for Toronto so far which is why there is some concerns.
