The Toronto Blue Jays had their first game of Spring Training today against the New York Yankees and while most were excited, pitcher Chris Bassitt was not as he had to serve quite the embarrassing punishment.
The Blue Jays kicked off their Spring Training season in a great way today as the took down the New York Yankees 6-4 in which fans got to see some nice homeruns but the story of the game from Bassitt's punishment.

The team has a fantasy football team that they have every year and it looks like Bassitt finished in last place which he had to suffer some pretty harshly embarrassing consequences.
During today's game, Bassitt had to wear the number 4-10 which was his record during the fantasy football season while also serving as an honorary bat boy for the game.
Bassitt, who came in dead last in the Blue Jays' fantasy football league, was forced to don a jersey featuring his 4-10 record in Saturday's matinee against the New York Yankees. In addition to wearing his less-than-stellar record like a badge of honour, Bassitt also was to serve as the team's honorary bat boy. -Sportsnet
