The Toronto Blue Jays announced a transaction this afternoon as they have signed former Philadelphia Phillies pitcher Michael Plassmeyer.
The Blue Jays have completed a transaction since the start of the Winter Meetings with their last move was last week when they outright sent Yariel Rodriguez to the Buffalo Bisons.
