The Toronto Blue Jays have been linked quite a bit to Ketel Marte and it looks like Vladimir Guerrero Jr was doing his own recruiting at a recent event.
A recent trade proposition showed Marte and Louis Gurriel Jr coming over to the Blue Jays from Arizona in exchange for a few young players.

Guerrero along with other MLB stars showed up to loanDepot Park in Miami for a home run derby for the La Gente del Bario Foundation.

As rumors continue to climb between the Blue Jays and a possible trade for Marte, fans were quick to point out that Guerrero was at the event with Marte today.
At this point, a trade remains unlikely but nothing can be ruled out.
Now that the Diamondbacks have made it clear that they are shopping Marte around, multiple teams have been linked to him including the Boston Red Sox.
Red Sox are among teams interested in D-Backs superstar 2B Ketel Marte. Gives them another star option after incumbent, coveted Bregman and Bichette. Mariners, Pirates, Rays, Tigers, Jays among others that fit KM.

For the Blue Jays, a realistic trade would only make sense if Bichette does not return but that is clearly still a possibility, Guerrero putting in a good word to Marte about Toronto at the event couldn't hurt.
