Blue announce two surprising roster moves

The Blue Jays announced a few roster moves yesterday including two pitchers as LHP Brandon has been optioned once again.
Toronto has decided to option Eisert to Triple-A while they have brought up RHP Luis Frias for the first time since acquiring him as he will wear #63 for the Blue Jays.
ROSTER MOVES:
We've recalled RHP Luis Frķas from Triple-A and he will be active tonight, wearing No. 63
LHP Brandon Eisert has been optioned to Triple-A

Unfortunately for Eisert as he has gotten bounced up and down between the Majors and Triple-A multiple times over the past few weeks.
