Blue Jays fans want Ross Atkins fired following shutout loss

Ross Atkins has made a lot of interesting moves for the Toronto Blue Jays, although it seems like fans have had enough of him after a loss to the Houston Astros.

As we reported earlier this morning, the Blue Jays were obliterated by the Astros, 10-0. It was a bad night for the Blue Jays bats, who were unable to get any hits on Houston Astros pitcher, Ronel Blanco. According to the Toronto Star, he had seven strikeouts, while the Blue Jays gave up four home runs to Yainer Diaz and Kyle Tucker.

It was a horrible performance from the Blue Jays, but manager Ross Atkins simply sees it as an outlier. He said as much to Sportsnet, following the Blue Jays' 10-0 loss to the Astros.




However, it was Ross Atkins who got the brunt of the hate. Following the game, fans took to Twitter to blame him for the loss. As you can see below, Blue Jays fans were quite brutal about it. They believe he is to blame for the stale offense, and they want him out. However, that decision is not up to them.
