Blue Jays sent a 22 year old pitcher out in game 5 with a chance to take the lead in the World Series and saying that he delivered would be a massive understatement.
After the game, a video of Yesavage went viral of his with no emotions, listening to music and starring at his phone which many took as him being locked in ahead of game 5.
Yesavage admitted yesterday that he was far from locked in during that clip as he was just scrolling on TikTok and Instagram like a regular 22 year old kid.

Blue Jays fans found this story hilarious as it showed that even the best of the best are really just like us, well apart from having incredible abilities on the diamond.
Trey Yesavage is just like the rest of us. 
Moving forward maybe doom scrolling on social media and not thinking about the game is the perfect pre-game ritual for Yesavage as it keeps him loose and not too stressed about the game.
