The Toronto Blue Jays have quite a few players heading into free agency and it looks like the Boston Red Sox have their eyes on a few of them.

Multiple players announce that they decided to opt out of their current deal over the last few days including Red Sox third baseman Alex Bregman.

Red Sox interested in Chris Bassitt and Bo Bichette

While Bieber is officially off the table after accepting his player option with the Blue Jays late last night, the other two players are still available.
WELCOME BACK, BIEBS!

OFFICIAL: RHP Shane Bieber has exercised his player option for the 2026 season.
Bichette is still available and will likely get quite a few offers this off-season, he stated at the end of the season that his main goal has always been to stay in Toronto.
Bassitt is in a similar position as he is now a free agent but stated after losing game 7 to the Los Angeles Dodgers that he would love to return to Toronto for another shot at the World Series with this group.
The Blue Jays certainly have some tough decisions to make in the coming months as many of their players that were on expiring deals would love to return but it does not look like all of them will get offers from the Blue Jays.
