Former Toronto Blue Jays ace pitcher Alek Manoah was recently let go by the Atlanta Braves and it seems like he has already fund himself a new landing spot.

The Braves announced last week that they decided to non-tender Manoah last week resulting in him become a free agent.

St Louis Cardinals interested in Alek Manoah

The Cardinals have made it clear that a main priority for them this off-season will be going after trades and free agent pitchers as they look to bounce back after a rough 2025 season.
There have been two things abundantly clear about the St. Louis Cardinals this offseason: the organization is active in the trade market and is also looking to add pitching. -McAvoy

According to reports, the Cardinals would be very interested in Manoah who recently became a free agent and while he could be seen as a risk, the reward is much higher than the risk if it pays off.
On the pitching side, one player the Cardinals should arguably consider in the open market is former Toronto Blue Jays All-Star Alek Manoah. This is a guy who is just 27 years old and has a season under his belt in which he logged a 2.24 ERA in 31 starts (2022). But, each season since has been somewhat of a mess. -McAvoy

While Manoah has had a bizarre last couple of seasons due to injury and consistency problems, he could certainly still figure things out as he is only 27 years old and was one considered one of the best young pitchers in baseball.
The Blue Jays also could be interested in bringing Manoah back on a small deal but after letting him go at the end of the season, there is a highly likelihood that he ends up signing elsewhere.
Manoah's best season in the MLB remains his 2022 season when he was among the top pitchers in the MLB and considered for the Cy Young award after he finished with a 2.24 ERA and 16-7 record.
