Toronto plans on being very aggressive at the deadline which means they will be willing to give up some solid players to get back others that they believe could help the team go further in the playoffs.
According to reports, they could very likely be looking to trade Schneider who has become a fan favorite in Toronto but since they currently have a surplus of outfielders, there is a good chance he is traded.
One thing that is for sure is that if the Jays decide to include Davis Schneider in any trade talks, it would break the hearts of many Blue Jays diehard fans. Schneider had a rough start to the 2025 season but since being called back up in June, he has been playing incredibly well with a .250 batting average, 5 homeruns and 11 RBIs in 28 games.
Since being recalled to the big league club at the beginning of June, the 26-year-old has shown his worth once again by posting a solid .250 average, .893 OPS, along with 14 runs scored, five home runs and 11 RBIs in 28 games. -Eng
Due to how he has been playing and the fact that he is still very young, Schneider's trade value has skyrocketed over the last month making him a key target for other teams looking to close a deal with the Blue Jays.
Despite not being one of the best players on the team, fans have grown to love Schneider which is why if he were traded, many would be heartbroken to see him go.
