The Toronto Blue Jays are looking to make some big moves in terms of bringing in bullpen arms this off-season and according to reports, pitcher Blake Treinen could be receiving an offer from them.
Treinen has had a solid season with the Los Angeles Dodgers as he is currently 1 game away from winning the World Series as the Dodgers lead the New York Yankees 3-0 in the series.

According to insider Jim Bowden, Treinen should be receiving a contract worth about $17 million on a 2 year terms after the season he has put together and the only reason for the short term is due to his age.
Jim Bowden of The Athletic predicts that Treinen will receive a two-year, $17 million contract (subscription required) this winter. While his age might turn some people off, Treinen would bring an invaluable veteran presence and experience to a rebuilt bullpen. He has 80 career saves, including a 38-save season with the Athletics in 2018, and 103 career holds. -Fisher
The Dodgers reliever is coming off a great season with a 1.93 ERA in 46.2 innings pitched this season, giving up only 10 earned runs while striking out 56 batters in that time. His success continued in the post season where he had a 2.70 ERA in 10 innings pitched with a total of 15 strikeouts in that time.
While Treinen is certainly on the back end of his career, he would still be a great reliever for the Blue Jays on a short term contract, especially for next season as the team is not really planning further than that with their win now mentality.
