Kevin Gausman delivers heartfelt message to Blue Jays fans after incredible performance

Gausman finished his 4th career complete game yesterday which was a shutout against the Astros in which he only gave up 2 hits over 9 innings pitched.

In a masterclass performance yesterday, Gausman threw 79 strikes on 100 pitches in his complete game against the Astros, resulting in a 6-0 win to win the series over Houston.

As soon as the game ended, the fans in the Rogers Centre were on their feet cheering on and giving Gausman a standing ovation for his performance.

After the game, Gausman spoke with on field reporter Hazel Mae about how awesome he thinks Blue Jays fans and thanking them for their support throughout the season and game.

Clearly Gausman felt the love from the stadium that stayed packed even after the game to cheer him on for his phenomenal game.

Gausman has been on a roll lately and is picking up momentum at the perfect time as the playoffs are just around the corner and every game right now matters if the Blue Jays want to stay in first place.
