Kevin Pillar shares interesting input on the Blue Jays Dylan Cease signing
Former Toronto Blue Jays outfielder Kevin Pillar took to social media last night after the announcement of the Dylan Cease signing to give his opinion.
The Blue Jays signed Cease last night to the second largest contract in franchise history only behind Vladimir Guerrero Jr's $500 million deal.

While some believe that the Blue Jays overpaid Cease, he is clearly one of the best free agents available and the Blue Jays just made their starting rotation that much stronger with this massive signing.
After the deal was announced, Pillar stated how much he loved this deal for both baseball and the Blue Jays, stating that Cease is joining an already great starting rotation.

Former Jays pitcher Ricky Romero also gave his thoughts on the deal stating that he believes players took notice of the Blue Jays fan base after the World Series which is why they are now a top destination for some of the top free agents.

Additionally, Pillar replied to Romero stating that he agrees but that the facilities and the way the organization treats it's players also helps quite a bit.
that and I don't think world class facilities hurt. Ask any player to in terms of treatment of your wife and kids top notch people/facilities
Clearly these two former Blue Jays are quite impressed with their former team's latest signing.
