Toronto Blue Jays veteran pitcher Max Scherzer was been going viral on social media for his reaction in the dugout last night during game 5 of the World Series.

The Blue Jays had Trey Yesavage on the mound for game 6 last night in which he put on a performance for the ages as he struck out a total of 12 batters in 7 innings pitched to get the win and the lead in the World Series.

Max Scherzer loses it in the dugout

Blue Jays fans know exactly how emotional Scherzer can get, especially in the playoffs which has been on full display a few times so far this post season which is where the nickname Mad Max comes from.
Last night, Scherzer's alter ego was on full display as he celebrated a double play by throwing a bag of sunflower seeds in the dugout while yelling and spitting everywhere.
Nobody loved that double play more than Max Scherzer. Mad Max, indeed.
Scherzer was clearly fired up by the play as he wanted Yesavage to continue the unbelievable roll he was on last night.
Fans saw the clip and all it did was add to how much Scherzer is already loved in Toronto.
Never change Mad Max
While Scherzer might be done for the series as he did his part unless in this series goes to 7 and he ends up getting ball, he will continue to be his teammates biggest supporter from the dugout as he is dialed in on every play.
Fans love how Scherzer wear his emotions on his sleeve and shows every game just how much he cares about his team despite only being here for a year.
