Toronto Blue Jays Myles Straw recently deleted post involving Kyle Tucker has been making the round and has fans talking.

A screenshot making the rounds online claims Myles Straw briefly shared a signed Kyle Tucker jersey on his story, then pulled it down. That's not proof of anything, but it instantly lit up Jays social.
Because the original post is hard to verify outside the app, this stays firmly in the «fans wondering» bucket for now. Still, the timing hits a nerve with Toronto, since Tucker is the kind of star this front office rarely gets a clean shot at.
Does Myles Straw know something about Tucker? (Why did he had to delete his story?)
Straw has already been loud about wanting Tucker in Canada, including earlier recruiting chatter that even made its way onto Sportsnet coverage.

Myles Straw sparks Kyle Tucker Blue Jays buzz

Tucker turns 29 on Saturday, and he's entering free agency as a premium two-way outfielder with real pull in the market. Baseball-Reference lists him as a 2015 first-round pick, fifth overall, and notes he's set to be a free agent in 2026.
Here's where the numbers get tricky, and it matters. MLB.com currently lists Tucker's career at 147 homers and 119 steals, while Baseball-Reference shows 142 and 116, which can differ depending on update timing.
So what does that mean for Toronto's side of the story. It means Tucker is still good enough that players want to help sell the city, and the Blue Jays have been connected to him for weeks in national chatter.
As for the deletion, there are a dozen boring explanations, from a misfire to a «too much attention» moment. Until a beat reporter or the club confirms anything, it's smarter to treat it as fan fuel, not front office smoke.
If the Blue Jays are truly in this, the next step is a real reporting breadcrumb with names, terms, or at least a confirmed meeting. Until then, Jays fans will keep watching every little signal, because that's what winter baseball does to you.
There was an update yesterday that the Blue Jays have officially made a long term deal to Tucker but the term offered has yet to be leaked.
