San Diego Padres manager urges Bo Bichette to leave the Toronto Blue Jays

The Toronto Blue Jays have been the most aggressive team this offseason, however it doesn't seem to be the case with Bo Bichette, as they are actively pursuing Kyle Tucker, other teams are presenting to be good fits for Bichette like the San Francisco Giants.
San Diego Padres former Mike Shildt believes the Giants would provide the best chance for success for Bichette.
Bo Bichette would fit the San Francisco Giants.
Peter Chawaga of Forbes reports on the comments made Shildt, and why he thinks Bichette would do well there. The Blue Jays have not shown enough interest to sign Bichette, and it could lead to him going elsewhere.
"Man, what a good fit. And fits for the ballpark over there too at Oracle Park. You know, you mention the line drive stroke And they're built to win and he's a winning player, so it'd be a good fit in San Francisco for him.»-Mike Shildt
On top of that Bichette's willingness to play second base would be a perfect fit in San Francisco. Contrary to the Blue Jays who seem to want Ernie Clement at second and Addison Barger at third, with Angel Gimenez replacing Bichette at shortstop.
"Shildt floated an alignment that would see the Giants start Matt Chapman at third base, Willy Adames at shortstop and Rafael Devers at first base alongside Bichette at the keystone, giving the Giants four players around the diamond with All-Star potential."-Chawaga
Bichette hasn't been treated the way an All-Star should be treated. The Blue Jays seem to have much less interest and desperation in signing him. It could leave a sour taste in his mouth, and cause him to search for better accommodation.
