The Blue Jays have a big decision to make regarding Vladimir Guerrero this off-season as it could open up a ton of doors for next year's offense.
Guerrero has proved multiple time that he could be a solid third baseman which was on full display last night. If Guerrero transitions back to third base permanently, this could give the Blue Jays a chance at signing a big bat that plays first base as there will be a ton of options this winter.
This is about offense, period. That comes with sacrifices, and there's nothing complicated about the equation. If Guerrero playing third can get a big bat into the lineup at first without tanking the defense, it's worth considering. It sounds like we'll get a few looks at this down the stretch. - Matheson

This move could allow the Blue Jays to make a big move in the offense when talking of offense which would not sabotage their defense.
