Dodgers announce Blake Snell and Yoshinobu Yamamoto as their game 1&2 starters
The Dodgers officially announced tonight that they will have
Blake Snell on the mound for game 1 in Toronto to kick off the World Series.
On the mound for Game 1 of the #WorldSeries, Blake Snell.
The Blue Jays have yet to announce their starter but it is expected to be Trey Yesavage as he is the pitcher with the most rest heading into game 1.
For Game 2, the Dodgers will be going with
Yoshinbu Yamamoto which is what most expected since these two are arguably their best pitchers.
Dave Roberts and the

are lining up their rotation for the #WorldSeries
Game 1: Blake Snell
Game 2: Yoshinobu Yamamoto
This will certainly not be an easy matchup for the Blue Jays as Snell has been on fire so far this post-season as he currently has a 0.86 ERA in 21 innings pitched with 28 strikeouts.
Yamamoto on the other hand has a 1.83 ERA in 19.2 innings pitched so far this post-season with 18 strikeouts.
The Blue Jays will not have the luxury of not showing up for a few innings in this series and they could end up falling into a deep hole if they do.
