The Toronto Blue Jays announced that newly acquired pitcher Shane Bieber had himself quite the first game with the Buffalo Bisons this afternoon.
The Blue Jays announced a couple days ago that Bieber would be making his first start for the organization today as he continues his recovery process from his Tommy John surgery.

Another incredible update was that Bieber's fastball is hitting 94-95 MPH for the first time since the 2020 season which means the Blue Jays might be getting an even better version of him when he returns.

After this incredible performance, it is expected that Bieber will likely make 1 to 2 more starts in Triple-A before jumping back up to the majors which means he will be in Toronto in the next two weeks if everything continues to go well.
