The Toronto Blue Jays announced that they have officially signed Max Scherzer to a $15.5 million contract as he passed his physical examination.
The Blue Jays shocked the baseball world when they announced last week that they agree to terms with free agent Max Scherzer on a one year contract worth $15.5 million.

Blue Jays fans had some worries about signing
Scherzer since he is 40 years old and has dealt with some injury issues over the last two years which is why they were eager to see how his physical examination came back.
According to reports, Scherzer's examination came back positive with no worries at all which is why they announced that they have officially signed him to a one year deal.
