The Toronto Blue Jays offer that Corbin Burnes ended up rejecting has finally been announced

The Toronto Blue Jays were all in on trying to sign free agent pitcher Corbin Burnes in free agency but fell just short as he took less money to sign with the Arizona Diamondbacks.
The Diamondbacks signed Burnes in the early hours of the morning to a 6 year deal worth $210 million with an opt out after the 2026 season which would be the second year of his contract.
The details regarding the Blue Jays offer to Corbin Burnes have been announced
The Blue Jays were said to have the largest offer on the table for free agent Corbin Burnes which many believed would be enough to persuade him to come to Toronto for the next few years but that was not the case.

According to MLB insider Bob Nightengale, the Blue Jays made Burnes an offer worth $250 million over 7 years years which would have paid him $35.7 million per season but the offer did not include any opt outs.
Corbin Burnes could have signed a 7-year, $250 million deal with an AL East team with no opt out; but decided to stay home in Arizona for the 6-year, $210 million deal with an opt out after 2026.
Apparently the Diamondbacks were not interested in signing
Burnes but it was the pitcher who contacted them about getting a deal done late in free agency which Arizona was all for and ended up making work.
"The D-Backs were not aggressively pursuing Burnes, but rather that the pitcher came to them late in the free-agent process expressing a desire to pitch in Arizona.
