Last season Burgos played in Double-A for the Guardians minor league affiliate team in which he played 98 games, finishing with 14 home runs, 73 RBIs and a .206 batting average.
The Blue Jays signing Burgos to a minor league deal seems to be a great depth move for their farm system.
