The Toronto Blue Jays begin their series against the Houston Astros tonight and announced some last minute changes to their starting rotation involving Shane Bieber.

There has been a lot of conversation surrounding Bieber and his future in Toronto as multiple insiders expected him to decline his player option this off-season and enter free agency.

The Blue Jays will look to bounce back this week against the Astros after a tough series loss in New York but they did manager to hold onto the AL East lead.

Jose Berrios was expected to start game 1 followed by Shane Bieber tomorrow and Kevin Gausman to finish the series but it looks like some changes have taken place.

Shane Bieber (4.15 ERA) vs Jason Alexander (4.68 ERA)

Kevin Gausman (3.63 ERA) vs Christian Javier (4.43 ERA)

Bieber will be taking the mound after all this evening, followed by Berrios tomorrow and Gausman to close out the series.
