Toronto Blue Jays announce surprising starter for game 4
Toronto Blue Jays manager John Schneider spoke to the media this afternoon and gave quite a few updates on regarding the next two games in Seattle.
After the game 1 loss, Schneider named Trey Yesavage as the starter for game 2 and Shane Bieber the starter for game 3 with a chance of Max Scherzer starting game 4.

Schneider spoke to the media this eveining and announced that Scherzer will be starting for the Blue Jays in game 4 of the ALCS in Seattle.

Scherzer will be making his first start of the playoffs in game 4 as he looks to bounce back after a tough ending to the season in which he will matchup against Luis Castillo.

This will be one of the biggest games of Scherzer career as there will be a lot on the line depending on how game 3 goes tomorrow night in Seattle.
Scherzer has had some big highs this season but there has also been some very large lows, if he can tap into his game, the Blue Jays should not be worried at all sending him out there.
It will be interesting to see how long the Blue Jays end up using him in the game as Schneider has not specified if it will be a real start of he will only be kicking things off for a bullpen game.
