Ross Atkins and the Toronto Blue Jays have now turned their focus to adding offense but they don't seem to be done with pitchers just yet as a possible reunion could happen.

The Blue Jays have signed a ton of pitchers so far this off-season but have yet to close on a player that could add any offense to their organization in the majors or minors.
While the Blue Jays have already added a ton of pitchers, it looks like they are not done just yet.

Blue Jays could reunite with their former pitcher Tim Mayza

Former Blue Jays pitcher Tim Mayza has had a tough go the last couple of seasons since leaving Toronto as he has bounced around quite a few teams and has failed to find a permanent spot on a MLB roster.
In a recent report, Sportsnet insider Ben Nicholson-Smith mentioned that Toronto could look at bringing Mayza back on a minor league deal.
Looking ahead to what Toronto might do this offseason, there's reason to believe the organization will do whatever it takes to put itself back in position to win a World Series. According to the latest from Ben Nicholson-Smith of Sportsnet, that could even include a reunion with left-handed reliever Tim Mayza. -Conahan

Despite on pitching in 15 games last season between the Pittsburgh Pirates and Philadelphia Phillies, Mayza still managed to finish with a solid 3.78 ERA in 16.2 innings pitched to go along with 15 strikeouts.
seen it in BNS's writeup today, but the Jays should bring back an old friend in Tim Mayza.

He found his velocity (94.1 Avg FF in 2025), and missed barrels while getting groundballs again. Would probably be a league min, or MiLB deal.
This could be a great low risk, high reward situation for the Blue Jays since worst case, Mayza adds to their minor league depth and best case, he returns to the Blue Jays bullpen and becomes a contributing factor.
