Toronto Blue Jays rookie Joey Loperfido has offered an incredible surprise to a lucky Blue Jays fans for Thanksgiving this year.
Loperfido arrived in Toronto at the trade deadline from the Houston Astros as part of the package that saw pitcher Yusei Kikuchi headed to Houston as one of the biggest trades of the deadline.

The Blue Jays rookie has been apparently searching for his MLB Debut 1/1 rookie card and when he signed it wrote of the back of it to the collector that finds it to DM him on social media.
«We recently discovered that MLB Rookie Joey Loperfido wrote «DM me» on the back of his 1/1 Debut Patch card,» Topps wrote in a post. «This inscription, of course, was Loperfido's attempt to find the card and buy it back when it's pulled by a collector.»
Topps posted a picture of the signed MLB Debut card with the message that Loperfido put on the back of it and Loperfido commented on the post stating that the fan would be invited to Thanksgiving dinner as well.

This inscription, of course, was Loperfido's attempt to find the card and buy it back when it's pulled by a collector.
After we made a post about the card & his inscription, Loperfido responded and said that whoever pulls the card can join him at Thanksgiving.

The fan that has the card has yet to come forward but as American Thanksgiving closes it, the lucky fan is running out of time if he wants to enjoy some turkey with the Blue Jays rookie.
