Toronto Blue Jays make last minute changes to the rotation before final game vs. Red Sox
The Toronto Blue Jays announced some last minute starting rotation changes ahead of their final game of the series against the Boston Red Sox.
The Blue Jays have the chance to clinch the division for the first time in a decade but lately have been falling apart over their last 3 series to close out the season.

Bieber was suppose to pitch against the Red Sox today but it looks like he needed an extra day or rest which has resulted in the Blue Jays making a very unexpected rotation decision.
Shane Bieber needed another day, so #BlueJays are shuffling the rotation:
Thursday: TBD (sounds like Berrios, Lauer, or bullpen game in play)
Friday: Bieber
Saturday: Yesavage
Sunday (if relevant): Gausman

The Blue Jays need to finish off with at least one win against the Red Sox before the send of the series as they host the Tampa Bay Rays for the final series of the season.
The Blue Jays are now tied with the New York Yankees for first place in the American League East division and at this point every game is crucial.
Toronto has more or less back themselves into a wall and would need to win out the rest of the season to secure first place.
