The Toronto Blue Jays had a tough loss to the Arizona Diamondbacks this afternoon with Kevin Gausman on the mound and manager John Schneider had some words for the pitcher after the game.

Gausman has been having a tough month on June as he has given up 17 earned runs in 5 starts while walking a total of 12 batters and only striking out 23 in that time.
Kevin Gausman is experiencing his share of trouble this month
After the loss, manager John Schneider spoke to the media about Gausman stating that when he is ahead he is an elite pitcher but pointed out that when he is not it seems to get tough for him clearly calling out that he needs to be better.

When looking at the numbers, even Gausman fans have been admitting on social media that he has been having a very rough time through the month of June.
I'll always be a Kevin Gausman supporter no matter what but he's having a very tough time in June. Yes he's had to face tough opposition but he needs to be better. I do believe he'll turn things around but I don't know why he's struggled lately. #BlueJays
Since the Blue Jays are having quite a few issues with their starting rotation between injuries and lack of consistency, they need Gausman to be at the top of his game which he unfortunately is not at right now.
