Toronto Blue Jays outfielder Joey Loperfido goes above and beyond for special fan

A couple weeks ago Topps confirmed that Loperfido wrote on the back of the card when he signed it asking whichever fan that was lucky enough to find it to direct message him.

During a recent interview on Hot Sheet, Loperfido stated that he has finally tracked down the fan that found his card and they are currently working out a deal in exchange for the card.

Loperfido stated that he cannot say what he will be doing in exchange but stated that it will be pretty cool and that the fan will be getting a good return for it as well as the two of them will be donating a bunch of money to a good cause.

This moment has shown Blue Jay fans a lot about their young outfielder as he not only seems to be giving this fan a fair return but he is going the extra mile by donating to a good cause.

Loperfido also stated that he was able to track down the owner thanks to Topps who came across this fan's posts and verified the card since Loperfido was having a tough time finding the real fans since people were flooding his DM's claiming to have found it.
