Toronto Blue Jays plan regarding keeping Bo Bichette this winter announced

The Toronto Blue Jays will need to lay out a plan to keep star shortstop Bo Bichette, he is becoming a free agent for the first time in his career and he will be the most sought after player this offseason.
Bichette leads the AL in hits while he has not played in almost 2 weeksg and is having a resurgent year after a disappointing season the year prior.
What is the plan for Toronto Blue Jays star free agent Bo Bichette this offseason?
Alyson Footer, Mark Feisand and Keegan Matheson of MLB.com were discussing the potential landing spots for Bichette when he becomes a free agent this winter.
"But will the Jays have enough money to bring Bichette back while also addressing their other holes? Chris Bassitt is a free agent this year, while Kevin Gausman has only one year left on his deal. The guess here is that another team will ultimately offer more money/years, so it will be a matter of whether Bichette wants to stay in Toronto."-Feisand
If other teams offer more money, than it will be up to the Blue Jays to communicate to Bichette that he might sign for less but will be on a contending team in a booming market in Toronto, to some that is worth more than money.
"Bichette isn't a complicated guy, even though there's been a lot of time wasted trying to get inside his head and analyze his body language. He wants to win and play for an organization that supports that. Right now, the Blue Jays check off both of those. The unspoken part is that he, like anyone else, will want the top contract available to him. Teams are going to have drastically different valuations of Bichette, but no one knows him better than the Blue Jays, and I expect them to be legitimately involved."-Matheson
An important thing to note, is that not only will Bichette be the best shortstop, and arguably the best player available, he will be the only shortstop available in free agency.
Any and all teams who need a shortstop will have Bichette on their radar, too many options could spell disaster for the Blue Jays, because his value will only increase.
Bichette made his name in Toronto, and the Blue Jays have shown they are willing to pay big players now to keep them, Vladimir Guerrero Jr. is an example of that.
Therefore all it takes is the right pitch and dollar figure to keep Bichette a Blue Jay for the foreseeable future.
