The Toronto Blue Jays beat the Tampa Bay Rays last night and officially won the division as they are headed to the American League Division Series.
The Blue Jays season came down to the final game in which they ended up putting a beating on the Rays to clinch the division and get the week off.

The Red Sox will be facing the Yankees in a best of 3 Wild Card series which begins on Tuesday to determine who the Blue Jays will face in the ALDS.
The Blue Jays never faced the Yankees or Red Sox in the playoffs before which means no matter who wins the Wild Card series, it will be a historic ALDS series.
Starting Tuesday, Yankees and Red Sox will play at Yankee Stadium for the right to travel to Toronto and play the Blue Jays in the ALDS next weekend.
