In what could possibly be his last rehab start in the minor leagues, Max Scherzer has the nickname "Mad Max" for a reason and lived up to it today.
In one of the wildest videos you'll ever see in baseball and what clouds tactually prove "Mad Max" may be clinically insane, in the 4th inning of his last rehab start, he intentionally walked a batter in the midst of a perfect game. It is the first time in professional baseball histroy that a perfect game was broken up due to an intentional walk.

But it could very well be that he knew he was not going to be going the full 9 innings as there are rumors he will be joining the Rangers this week. Nonetheless, it is still crazy and in reality, who really know what goes on inside the head of Scherzer.
