The Toronto Blue Jays have already made a big splash in free agency, reported to have landed Dylan Cease to a monster deal, they aren't done adding to their roster, with a possibility of signing both Bo Bichette and Kyle Tucker, the World Series runner-ups definitely have some walking around money.

The World Series also going 7 games, the Blue Jays have definitely received an increase in funds, and they're going to spend as much as they need to win the World Series.

Blue Jays not done shopping after Dylan Cease signing.

Drew VonScio of Newsweek reported on the big ambitions the Blue Jays have with free agency this winter.
They already made the biggest splash in the league signing Cease, but now they have their sights set on Tucker and Bichette, and both are on the table to be signed. Keegan Matheson from MLB.com weighed in.
"The Blue Jays have the financial flexibility to be «in» on whomever they want. While the Cease deal does lessen the already-unlikely odds of the Blue Jays landing both Tucker and Bichette, by no means does it eliminate them from the running to land a bat at the top of the market. Broadly speaking, the Blue Jays were already spending among baseball's richest clubs, which all came prior to their run to the World Series."-Matheson

While it is still a reality to sign both, it's not the smartest move, as the Blue Jays still need some relievers and maybe even another starting pitcher. They should prioritize Bichette, as the infield market is looking thin compared to the outfield market.
"This news shows the Blue Jays aren't going to take a step back and try to coast their way to a World Series championship, and they are going to spend however much money it takes for them to win."-VonScio

The Blue Jays are definitely hanging their heads a little higher this offseason and flexing their muscles. They are now apart of the upper tier of the MLB in spending and in prestige. And this will only continue if they have another successful season.
