Former Toronto Blue Jays outfielder Kevin Kiermaier took to social media to send a message to all 30 MLB about wanting a job next season.

This past season, Kiermaier worked for the Blue Jays as a outfielder specialist in which he help a lot of young players in Spring Training and a bit during the season with the Vancouver Canadians.

Kevin Kiermaier wants to work with all 30 MLB teams

Kiermaier took to social media this afternoon to speak to all the team across the league about a new position he is looking to have as he would love to help outfielders get better on defense.
During the video, Kiermaier pointed out that he believes he was one of the best centerfielders during his time in the MLB and knows that he has a ton of knowledge to pass on.
To all 30 MLB teams out there. Im bein creative here but just need to get the word out. I wanna revolutionize outfield defense on many levels. No one loves loves this stuff like I do! I wanna change players lives/careers by maximizing defensive potential! My obsession! Lets go!
It looks like Kiermaier does not have interest in only working with one team and would like to have a role as kind of a specialist that all teams look to bring in for a short period of time to work with certain players.
"I don't want to commit to one organization necessarily, I would love to see how many organizations out there would love to have me around" -Kiermaier

This could be a very interesting new position/job for Kiermaier as he clearly has a ton of knowledge on the game and this would be a great way for him to pass that information on to the younger generation.
The only difficult part would be trying to work with all the teams across the league at the same time but he certainly could become an outfielder trainer that player go to train with in the off-season.
