Yankees legend, Gary Sheffield's son, Gary Sheffield Jr posted online after news broke regarding Stroman stating that he thinks that the pitcher will post a video of him showing fans how rich he is and that he does not care about the release.

While Stroman likely still have some strength in his arm and could still be a solid pitcher in the MLB, he might not be able to land himself a new contract.
Stroman has been known for causing quite a few problems in the clubhouse and now that his game has declined, team's will be a lot less interested in the risk of signing him.
Despite that, Stroman should be able to find himself a new contract might he might have to prove himself by signing a minor league deal which will not be easy for his ego to deal with.
