Jamie Campbell announces update on Kevin Pillar joining Blue Jays broadcast team
Toronto Blue Jays broadcaster Jaimie Campbell made quite the announcement on social media this morning regarding former Blue Jay Kevin Pillar joining Blue Jays Central.
Last month, Pillar announced his retirement and stated that he would be joining the Blue Jays broadcast for an undisclosed period of time in August.

Pillar posted on social media this morning that today is his last day at the Little League World Series on ESPN to which Campbell replied that he will be seeing him Friday on Blue Jays Central.

Not only will Pillar be joining Campbell on Blue Jays Central Friday as the Blue Jays take on the Los Angeles Dodgers but beloved broadcaster Buck Martinez will also be making his much anticipated return to the booth.
Despite Campbell breaking that Pillar will be joining the Blue Jays broadcast starting Friday, there has yet to be an update on how long Pillar will be taking on this new position.
Blue Jays fans are certainly happy to have Pillar back in Toronto as he was one of the most beloved players on the team during his time in Toronto.
Friday the Blue Jays will be kicking off their series against the Dodgers in Los Angeles coming off a one day rest after quite the easy series against the Rockies.
The Blue Jays take on the Dodgers at 10:10 PM at Dodger Stadium.
