John Schneider said Anthony Santander (Shoulder) feels 70% better than he did last week. He could potentially start swinging a bat next week.
This is good news for Toronto as it looks like Gimenez should be back in the lineup within the next week or two.
As for Santander, it looks like he is finally getting somewhere with his recovery but since he has yet to pick up a bat, if he does return, it will likely be in the last few weeks of the season.
The Blue Jays have had a ton of injuries this season but it looks like things are finally getting back to normal.
