The Blue Jays have gotten quite a bit of value from their World Series run when it comes to landing top free agents as they have now become a top destination in the off-season.
According to a recent report, the Blue Jays actually have a real shot at landing Tucker this off-season as they are seen as one of the top landing spots for the outfielder.

MLB insider Bob Nightengale even went as far as saying that the Blue Jays are probably the favorites to land Tucker this winter.

The Blue Jays had quite a few players enter free agency this off-season which means they have a lot of room on their payroll to make some massive offers to the top free agents like Tucker.
While Tucker slowed down a bit over the last two years due to injury issues, he still considered one of the most consistent hitters in baseball as he finished with a .266 batting average and .377 on base percentage this season.
If the Blue Jays do land Tucker, they will need to move some pieces around in their outfielder but clearly it is something they are willing to do if they land such a massive star.
