MLB Network snubs Bo Bichette in mid-season shortstop rankings
The MLB Network announced their midseason top 10 shortstops in the MLB and shockingly left Toronto Blue Jays Bo Bichette off the list.
Bichette has been having a phenomenal season to the point where there have been reports of his new contract exceeding $200 million due to the bounce back year he has had.

On MLB Network yesterday they announced the top 10 shortstops in the league in which sparked some outrage among Blue Jays fans when they noticed that Bichette did not make the top 10.
The rankings had Bobby Witt Jr as #1, Francisco Lindor #2, Corey Seager #3, Mookie Betts #4, Gunnar Henderson #5, Elly De La Cruz #6, Jeremy Pena #7, Trea Turner #8, J.P Crawford #9 and CJ Abrams #10.

The list is hard to agree with since Bichette might not deserve the number one spot but leaving him out of the top 10 does not make much sense especially when looking at the stats.
The Blue Jays are one of the best teams in the MLB right now and Bichette's play has been a big reason for that.
So far this season, Bichette leads all MLB hitters with 148 hits, 8 hits ahead of second place which Turner occupies with 140 hits.
On top of that, Bichette has 16 homeruns this season with 78 RBIs, a .294 batting average to go along with a .336 on base percentage in 119 games on the season.
